Epilacija<\/h2>

Uklanjanje dlaka diodnim laserom<\/h4>

Najnovija i u svetu priznata neinvazivna metoda trajnog uklanjanja malja je epilacija laserom. Direktnim kontaktom laserski snop se usmerava na ko\u017eu, \u0161to garantuje maksimalnu sigurnost i efikasnost.<\/p>

Kako laser funcioni\u0161e?<\/h4>

Snop se apsorbuje u pigmentu folikula dlake (melanin). Svetlosni zrak se u ko\u017ei pretvara u toplotu koja trajno uni\u0161tava folikul dlake (efekat: photothermolysis). Folikuli dlaka koje se nalaze u aktivnoj fazi rasta predstavljaju najbolji cilj za laserski snop, jer su bogati pigmentom.
Treba napomenuti da se prose\u010dno u fazi rasta (anagen faza) nalazi od 70-90 % dlaka (istovremeno), u fazi regresije (katagena faza) 1 %, a u fazi odmora, tj. ispadanja (telogena faza) 10-30 % dlaka.<\/p>

Koliko je tretmana potrebno?<\/h4>

Obzirom da laserski snop mo\u017ee trajno uni\u0161titi folikul dlake samo u aktivnoj fazi rasta, postupak se mora ponoviti u periodu od 4 do 5 nedelja (u zavisnosti koji deo tela se tretira), kada folikul dlake iz faze regresije i faze odmora ponovo do\u0111e u fazu rasta.
Nakon svakog pojedina\u010dnog tretmana sledi \u201cmiran\u201d period od oko 2 \u2013 3 nedelje (nekad i du\u017ee), nakon kojeg po\u010dinju da rastu prore\u0111ene dla\u010dice koje nisu bile u aktivnoj fazi rasta u vreme prvog tretmana.
Obi\u010dno je potrebno oko 5 tretmana.<\/p>

Da li laser \u0161teti ko\u017ei?<\/h4>

U cilju za\u0161tite okolnih struktura ko\u017ee od termi\u010dkog o\u0161tecenja najsavremeniji laseri poput na\u0161eg \u2013 imaju mogu\u0107nost odvo\u0111enja toplote i hla\u0111enja tretiranog dela ko\u017ee. Pored toga \u0161to \u0161tite ko\u017eu, imaju va\u017enu ulogu i u smanjenju subjektivnog ose\u0107anja bola.<\/p>

Koje se sve regije tretiraju laserskom epilacijom?<\/h4>

Regije koje naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e tretiramo tokom trajne epilacija su: Lice, pazuh, ruke, bikini zona, noge, dakle sve osim predela oko samih o\u010diju.
Laserska epilacija je potpuno bezbedna procedura. Laserski snop prolazi svega par milimetara pod ko\u017eu, tako da kada se tretira pazuh ili prepone ni ne dopire do \u017elezda, koje se nalaze dosta dublje.<\/p>
